The service of the products purchased both through the www.bykoppel.com store or through the eMAG partner store will be done by Koppel®, for this reason you will not find the product on the eMAG website in the "My Account" → "Service" section. To send the product for service, please contact us. All products purchased on our website, or from the eMAG partner store, benefit from a guarantee based on the electronic invoice, or by providing the order number required to identify the order.

We know that these situations are not common, but if the product you received does not behave properly, or you are not satisfied with its performance, we assure you that by contacting the Koppel® Customer Support Service we will find a solution together.

Guarantee

The warranty for Koppel® brand products, purchased through the www.bykoppel.com store, or through the eMAG partner store, is 24 or 36 months, respectively, depending on the product purchased.
The warranty period starts from the date of the invoice. The buyer is guaranteed that in case of failure under normal conditions of use, during the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge or replaced, as the case may be, within a maximum of 15 calendar days, from the moment the defective product is received.
Koppel® undertakes to replace the defective product for the consumer/buyer during the warranty period, provided that the instructions for use and maintenance are followed.
All products purchased on our website, or from the eMAG partner store, benefit from a guarantee based on the electronic invoice, or by providing the order number required to identify the order.

This warranty does not apply:

  1. for consumable items, such as batteries or protective coatings, which will wear out over time, unless the failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship;
  2. for cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and cracked plastic, unless the defect is due to defects in materials or workmanship;
  3. for damages caused by accidents, abusive or wrong use, fires, contact with liquids, earthquakes or other external causes;
  4. for damage caused by using the product without following the manual and technical specifications;
  5. for interventions, or damages caused by repairs carried out by persons who are not Koppel® representatives.
Koppel® devices are marketed in compliance with the provisions of OG 21/1992 and Law 449/2003.
